OUR OFFER - 7 CATEGORIES

Technology that works for your bottom line

From corporate websites, online stores, web applications and dedicated systems, to marketing, branding and external CTO consulting. We create solutions that work together - not as a random collection of services, but as a cohesive technology ecosystem tailored to a company's stage of development.

We are not an agency that sells every service to everyone. Most projects start with one need - a company website, a store, a system migration - and expand to other areas as the company grows.

A typical DV client path: company website → landing pages for campaigns → CMS for marketing → technology consulting for scaling. Each additional component attaches to the existing infrastructure, no rebuilding required.

CATEGORIES - 7 SERVICE AREAS

Select the area that interests you

Each category is a separate section with a dedicated offer. Click on the card for details, pricing and process. Not all categories are expanded at the same time - we are working on them in stages.

WEBSITES

Websites that deliver results

The largest and most extensive DV category. Company websites for SMEs, landing pages for PPC campaigns, CMS for self-management of content, modern Next.js pages for performance and SEO. Own VPS Warsaw infrastructure, full compliance with RODO.

⇲
WEBSHOPS

E-commerce and online stores

For companies launching online sales or migrating from an existing platform. WooCommerce for standard stores, custom Next.js for larger projects with integrations. Dedicated hub in the pipeline.

⇲
WEB APPLICATIONS

Web applications in the browser

SaaS - Portals - Reservation Systems - MVP.

Dedicated browser-based applications - multi-tenant SaaS, B2B portals, booking systems, custom CRM. Stack: Next.js + React + Payload/PostgreSQL. Modular architecture for expansion over the years.

⇲
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Desktop, mobile and enterprise software

Android - Java/Spring - Integration Systems

Wider umbrella than web apps - Android mobile apps, Java/JEE/Spring backends, enterprise integration systems, custom desktop. For projects outside the web stack (embedded, legacy integrations, industry specific).

⇲
TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING

Technology consulting

IT strategy - External CTO - Fractional leadership

For companies without an in-house CTO - IT strategy, solution architecture, technology selection consulting, fractional leadership for scaling. 20+ years of IT experience. We don't lay cables or put up server rooms - we help make technology decisions.

⇲
ONLINE MARKETING

Online marketing - once the site is implemented

SEO - Google Ads - Meta Ads - Analytics.

Post-implementation extension for your website or store. Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, SEO optimization, GA4 analytics, remarketing. We only work with clients for whom we have implemented a site - so we have full technical context.

⇲
BRANDING

Branding and corporate identity

Logo - Logo Book - UI/UX - Naming.

Complete or partial branding - logo, corporate identity, brand book, UI/UX, naming and slogans. A natural complement to a website or rebranding of a company undergoing a digital transformation.

⇲

↳ Not every category has a dedicated product page at the moment. We are working on expansion in stages - starting with websites (completed Q2 2026), then stores, apps, software. If you are looking for a specific category, please call or schedule a call.

THEY OFTEN GO TOGETHER - 3 TYPICAL COMBINATIONS

Most Digital Vantage projects are not one service

Here are 3 combinations that give the best results. You don't have to order everything at once - each element can be added later, architecturally fit into the existing infrastructure.

LAUNCH COMPLETE

New company or rebrand

Branding → Company website → Landing pages

Typical scenario: a company is launching or undergoing a full rebranding. It needs a corporate identity, a trust-building company website and landing pages for specific services or PPC campaigns.

Path:

  1. Branding (2-4 weeks) - logo, color scheme, brand book
  2. Company website (4-6 weeks) - 5-15 subpages, CMS Payload
  3. Landing pages (2 wks/LP) - 1-3 LPs for Google Ads campaigns

Typical budget: £25-45k total, staggered (branding at the beginning, the rest after visual approval).

→Talk about launch complete

⇲
VISIBILITY SCALING

Company with existing site, no traffic

Migrating Next.js → Marketing → SEO

Typical scenario: a company has a site (often WordPress legacy), but traffic is not growing. The problem is often twofold: site performance (Core Web Vitals) blocks SEO, lack of PPC campaigns blocks leads.

Path:

  1. Technical audit + SEO of the website (2-3 days)
  2. Migration to Next.js (4-8 weeks) - if the audit shows that by value
  3. Google Ads + Meta Ads campaigns (start 2 weeks after migration)
  4. SEO long-term optimization (3-6 months)

Typical budget: £15-30k implementation + £3-10k/month campaign budget (up to you, not DV).

→Start with an audit

⇲
DEDICATED SYSTEM

Company growing, needs dedicated tool

CTO consulting → Web application → Infrastructure.

A typical scenario: a company has reached a scale where spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools are no longer enough. It needs a dedicated system - a customer panel, an internal CRM, a booking platform, a B2B portal.

Path:

  1. Technology consulting (1-2 wks) - analysis, build vs buy decision, stack selection
  2. Web application (8-16 wks.) - MVP → full scope in phases
  3. Infrastructure + monitoring (included in the price of the application)
  4. Long-term maintenance + expansion (ongoing)

Typical budget: 40-120 thousand zlotys of implementation + 800-1500 zlotys/month of maintenance (hosting + technical care + expansion in subscription).

→Set up a strategy conversation

⇲

↳ These are not lump sum packages - each combination priced individually. The above ranges are real DV projects from the last 3 years. We can also start with one item and expand later, depending on the company's growth rate.

THE PROCESS - 4 STEPS FROM IDEA TO LAUNCH·4 steps

What does it look like to work with Digital Vantage - regardless of category

The process is constant, whether we are doing a corporate website, web application or CTO consulting. The details differ and timelines, but the framework is the same: transparency, written documentation of each stage, a specific contact person.

  1. 20 minutes - free of charge
    Step 01 - Conversation

Short online interview (no slides, no company presentation). You describe the project - we ask questions to help define the scope. If the project doesn't fit the DV (e.g. pure marketing without implementation, enterprise >500 employees) - we say so directly and recommend elsewhere.

Initial direction + decision whether to proceed
  2. 2-5 days after the interview
    Step 02 - Written offer

You get a written offer: scope, schedule, price, payment stages, what's in the price, what's extra. No legal jargon, in Polish. The offer is valid for 14 days - you have time to think, compare, ask questions.

Specific price + contract for approval
  3. 2-16 weeks (depending on the category)
    Step 03 - Implementation

We start the project according to an agreed process (5 stages per category). You have access to Linear/Notion, see progress in real time, get staging environment for feedback. Specific contact person (not rotating sales person), weekly check-ins.

A working staging product, ready for launch
  4. Launch + 30 days stabilization + optional long-term
    Step 04 - Launch + Support

Deploy to production. We provide access, documentation, handoff session. Included in the price: 30 days of stabilization (minor fixes, optimizations). After this period - optional maintenance subscription or closed project.

Product in production + documentation + optional support

What makes the per-category process different

Websites - 5 stages (consultation → brief → design → implementation → launch), 2-8 weeks, iterative work per week.

Web applications/software - similar 5 stages, but longer (8-16+ weeks), phased releases (MVP → extensions), dedicated tech-lead person.

Technology consulting - shorter cycle (1-4 weeks), output is documents (audits, strategies, recommendations), not implementation.

Branding and marketing - similar to websites, but with their own specifics (branding: creative iterations; marketing: ongoing opt

↳ Details of the process per category - in a dedicated hub (e.g. /our-offer/pages-internet has a whole block with 5 stages + touchpoints per stage).

WHY DV - 6 FACTS

What's behind Digital Vantage

6 facts that distinguish DV from a typical interactive agency. No award lists, no "leading XYZ agency in Poland," no empty claims.

01|EXPERIENCE

20+ years

IT in various roles

Developer → architect → fractional CTO. From legacy PHP and Jboss to Next.js, Payload, Docker, Kubernetes. We speak technical language with client developer teams, business language with boards.

02|IMPLICATIONS

50+

Projects in the last 3 years

Company websites, stores, web applications, migrations, audits. Most clients come back with more projects - typical cycle is 2-3 orders in 18 months (website → LP → CMS expansion). References by email.

03|STACK

We choose

Stack under the need, not the convenience of the agency

The typical agency has one stack and pushes it to every client (*"all in WordPress "*, *"all in React "*). DV selects the technology for the project: Next.js for sites requiring performance, WordPress for simple business cards, Payload for headless CMS, Android/Java for mobile and enterprise. Infrastructure similarly - OVH, AWS, Azure, GCP, on-prem - wherever makes sense for the client.

04|POLAND + EU

3 markets

Poland, EU, Switzerland

We serve customers in three markets: Poland , EU, Switzerland. Each market has different expectations in terms of UX, sales process, tone of communication - we adapt the project to the local context, we do not copy PL pattern on EU/CH.

05|TRANSPARENCY

0 hidden.

costs after signing the contract

Written offer with a specific price (not a fork), payment schedule 30/40/30 or every sprint, everything listed in the price, anything additional - separately. Changes in scope priced before implementation, not after the fact.

06|LONG-TERM

3-5 years

Typical cooperation horizon

We are not a *"fire and forget "* agency. Most DV clients have an active post-implementation maintenance subscription. Projects expand iteratively over years, architecture designed for expansion from the beginning.

↳ Full references, case studies with metrics and contacts to DV clients - available upon request at the initial interview. We do not publish them publicly on the site due to the NDA of some projects.

FOR WHOM DV - AND FOR WHOM NOT

Who we work with most often - and when we recommend elsewhere

DV does not work well with every client. Below are profiles of companies, for whom our offerings make the most sense - and situations in which we immediately recommend other solutions.

SMEs with a specific project to do

10-250 employees, Poland or EU. You know you need a website / store / app / dedicated system. You have a budget of PLN 10-500k for the project. You expect a technology partner, not a brief contractor.

Typical industries: professional services (legal, financial, medical), B2B SaaS, niche e-commerce, manufacturers with exports, service companies with location networks.

Looking for the cheapest option on the market

If your priority is price - a page for PLN 1,500, an app for PLN 5,000 - we don't fit. Our smallest offer (landing page) is PLN 3,500. Lower prices mean compromising on quality, which we don't do. Then we recommend ready-made solutions (Squarespace, WordPress template, Wix) or beginner freelancers.

Companies growing, sheets no longer enough

Business grows, off-the-shelf tools (Excel, Google Forms, basic CRM) no longer scale. You need a dedicated system: customer panel, custom CRM, booking platform, internal dashboard. Not necessarily a full solution right away - we often start with an MVP and expand iteratively.

A typical scenario: a company of 20-80 people, revenue of 3-30 million zloty/year, ready to invest in its own system.

Enterprise - 1000+ employees, budget £1000k+

For enterprise projects (1000+ employees, budget 1000k+ PLN, SAP/Salesforce/Oracle integration requirements) - DV is too small team. Larger consulting firms fit (Deloitte, EY, Polish software house 100+ people). Our sweet spot: projects up to PLN 200k budget, teams up to 250 people.

Not a one-time project, but a partner for years

You care about the relationship, not the transaction. You want one company that understands your business, knows the historical technical decisions, and advises on the direction of development. Most DV clients come back with more projects - website → LP → CMS → application in 2-3 years.

You only need online marketing

If you are looking for pure marketing - PPC campaigns for an existing site, SEO without implementation, social media management - we are not the best choice. Our marketing is an extension after the implementation of the site, not a standalone service. We recommend specialized marketing agencies (we can point to proven ones).

↳ If you fit the DV profile - the next step is a 20-minute conversation. If you don't fit - thank you for your time on this site. We recommend ourselves on the recommendation of friends who may be a better fit.

FAQ

Questions we get before the first project with Digital Vantage

Questions about getting started, the decision-making process, what happens happens before and after the project. For technical questions (stack, pricing per category, migrations) - take a look at the FAQ of the specific hub.

Two realistic first steps:

Path A - you don't know what you need a 20-minute online interview. You describe where you are, what your problems/goals are. We ask questions to help determine direction. Exit interview: you know what you want to do first, with what budget, by what deadline.

Path B - you know what you want You fill out the calculator (website/store/app) on /resources/tools. You get a price fork in 2-4 minutes without registering. If they agree with your expectations - we arrange a call and go to the offer.

Both paths are free of charge. They do not require signing any contract before deciding on a project.

Typical schedule:

Week 1: first interview (20 min) + written offer (2-5 days after the interview)

Week 2: questions, negotiations, offer acceptance, contract signing, advance invoice

Week 3: strategy workshop (Stage 01 of the per-category process)

  • project launch

For urgent projects: we can launch in a week from the first call (if the calendar allows) - but without rushing the client's decision. A forced decision often leads to forced scope.

For enterprise projects (budget 100+ thousand zlotys): longer - contract negotiations, DPA verification, compliance - 3-4 weeks from roz

One contact person throughout the project cycle. No rotating salesman → PM → developer - you talk to the same person from the first offer to the post-launch handoff.

What happens underneath: developers on the team write the code (often 2-3 people in different roles - backend, frontend, QA). The contact person coordinates, reviews code, commits critical passages - but is not a single point of failure. If he gets sick, the project doesn't stand: the other senior takes over communication, the team works on.

The consequence for you: decisions are made quickly (without"I'll ask the trader/PM".), but the project does not hang on one person.

After the launch, you have 3 options:

Option 1 - end of cooperation Project closed, all access (code, hosting, documentation) transferred. You can continue working on your own or with another developer. Zero lock-in.

Option 2 - technical care (subscription) Included: hosting, monitoring, minor fixes, framework updates. Most DV customers choose this option.

Option 3 - expansion / subsequent projects Typical cycle of 2-3 orders in 18 months: website → LP → CMS → app. Reduced hourly rate for clients with active subscriptions. No annual minimum, no long contracts.

Together we decide that it doesn't make sense and part ways without commitment. This happens in 15-20% of conversations - and that's a good thing.

Typical reasons:

  • Budget lower than the minimum DV offer (£3,500 landing page)
  • Enterprise scale (1000+ people, budget 1000k+ PLN)
  • Exclusive marketing without implementation
  • Stack/technology requires competence beyond core DV (hardcore ML/AI, blockchain, embedded)

In such cases, we recommend specific people/agencies that we work with or have verified. We usually have 2-3 recommendations per direction - you save time searching.

↳ These are 5 meta questions. FAQ tech per category

NEXT STEP - 3 PATHS

Choose a path that fits where you are

Not every DV customer starts in the same place. Three paths below - from a specific project with a budget to "I have an idea, let's talk."

I KNOW WHAT I WANT

You know what you want, you need a quote

You have a specific project: company website, store, web application. You know more or less what scope, you need a price range before deciding.

Recommendation: start with the calculator. 2-4 minutes, the result immediately, without registration. If the forks agree - arrange a call and go to the offer.

→ Count the cost of the project

⇲
DON'T KNOW WHAT TO CHOOSE

You have a business problem, don't know what solution

You know what you want to achieve business-wise (more leads, process automation, a new brand) - but you don't know if it requires a website, an app, marketing, or a combination. A typical situation before your first major technology project.

Recommendation: a 20-minute online conversation. You describe the context, we ask questions, you leave with direction + recommended next steps.

→Set up a 20-minute conversation

⇲
STILL WONDERING

You want to understand the subject first

You are not ready to talk or quote - you want to read, compare, understand. OK. DV resources are 30+ articles about sites, apps, migrations, technologies. Calculators and quizzes without registration. Case studies with real projects.

→ Go to Resources

⇲

↳ All three paths are free and require no commitment. We do not launch "merchant follow-ups" after 24 hours. You are contacted when you are ready.
